Body massage has several objectives; to relax, to stimulate and promote healing. Massage has physiological and psychological effects. When pressure is exerted, the body’s physiology is speeded up. Massage improves circulation which helps with the elimination of waste products and enhances recovery. This helps the body to heal itself and increase health & well-being.
Helping people with chronic musculoskeletal pain.

SPORTS/CLINICAL MASSAGE
Effective massage techniques that work deep into soft tissue, addressing chronic musculoskeletal pain. Designed to increase range of movement, mobility and agility whilst decreasing daily pain.

DRY NEEDLING
Trigger point dry needling is a technique that can be used alongside massage to treat myofascial pain, muscle tension and spasm.

MYOFASCIAL/HOT STONE MASSAGE

Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the myofascial connective tissue restrictions. Used alongside other techniques during treatments.
Hot stones help to relax and ease tension through the soft tissue allowing the treatments to work deeper.
CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY **
** Currently studying this amazingly profound, yet very gentle therapy. Using light touch to balance the craniosacral system which includes the nerves, connective tissues, bones and fluids of the cranium and spinal area.
